We operate four parking lots in downtown Atlanta's sports and entertainment district.

Why should I make a parking reservation instead of driving up to the lot?
Parking lots often sell out for big events. By making a reservation ahead of time, you will have a guaranteed spot and know exactly which lot to park in. This means you won’t waste time driving around looking for parking before the event, saving you time and frustration.
Is it more expensive to make a parking reservation?
No. A parking reservation will be the same price or lower than the drive-up price. Plus, you have the convenience of knowing exactly where you will park for the event and peace of mind knowing you have a spot in the event of a sellout.
Why are the prices different at different lots?
Pricing varies by proximity to the event and the amenities offered by the parking lots, garages, and decks.
How do I redeem my reserved parking at the event?
After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from ParkMobile with instructions for redeeming your parking at the venue. Some lots use a mobile pass with a QR code for entry, while others require a printed parking pass. Be sure to review the instructions before heading to the venue.
Where do I find the parking permit I’ve purchased for the event?
Your permit will be sent to you by email. You can also log in to your account on this website and find your pass under “My Reservations” in the main menu. If a mobile pass is accepted, printing is not required. If you have the ParkMobile app, your mobile pass will also appear in the “Activity” section.
How do I find the appropriate lot?
Your parking permit includes the exact address of the lot where you reserved parking. It also contains a link with turn-by-turn directions via Google Maps or Apple Maps.
I forgot my parking pass. What can I do?
Digital parking passes are accepted from Parkmobile. Please speak with the parking attendant at the lot and show them your confirmation email with the reservation details to help troubleshoot.
Can I cancel my parking reservation?
To cancel or make a change to a reservation, please contact the ParkMobile customer service team by dialing 866-330-7275.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your parking reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the event starts. No refunds will be honored after your parking reservation begins. Please call our customer service team at 866-330-7275.

Do your parking lots allow tailgating?
Yes, Ruby Lot and State Farm Drive Lot allow tailgating for Falcons games and other events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena.
When do your parking lots open on event days?
The time the parking lot opens on event days varies.
- Atlanta Falcons Games: Lots open approximately 6 Hours prior to the event.
- Atlanta Hawks Games: Lots open approximately 5 hours before tip-off
- State Farm Arena Concerts / Events: Lots open approximately 4 Hours prior to the event.
- Atlanta United Games: Lots open approximately 4 Hours prior to the event.
- Stadium Concerts / Events: Lots open approximately 4 Hours prior to the event.
